Recently it seems we have been hearing of one talented person after another succumbing to the deadly lure of addiction. Family members recall and share painful memories of their loved ones struggle with drugs or alcohol. Regardless of age or profession the deadly consequences of addiction continues to ensnare those who are searching to fill that empty hole inside them. Family members and friends are left to question themselves and question the medical profession. “What more could we have done?” “Why wasn’t there someone who could help?” The answers will not be found.
